We are now actively buying agencies from our self-employed advisers and are looking for self-motivated employed financial advisers to join the Private Clients arm of the business to manage these relationships.

Job Description
This is a new development, and Truly Private Client (TPC) advisers must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have 2 years’ experience and achieved Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
  • Must hold a current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
  • Must be IT literate
  • Must be willing to work from home or own office
  • Diligent enough to manage their own time, business relationships and themselves
  • Capable of maintaining and building a business model based around client support
  • Accepting of Compliance and who thrive best with structure and order
  • Appreciative of quality, brand and professionalism
  • Passionate about their work and the added value they give to clients
  • Forward thinking and accepting of change
  • Beyond ‘Fit and Proper’ standards
  • Aspirational in setting and achieving goals

In return for working at Truly Independent you will receive our unique payment structure linked to an existing agency business. Following a transition period, the successful candidate will take over a full adviser agency where 70% of targets will already be contracted.
