Truly Private Clients (Truly PC) has been set up specifically to provide ongoing support and advice to clients following the retirement of their usual financial adviser.

All financial advisers who operate under the Truly Private Clients trading style are employed directly by Truly Independent Ltd specifically for this purpose; and who still promote the same independent values of all Truly Independent financial advisers.

There are a number of subtle differences which clients of Truly PC should be aware of including the advanced use of streamlined and integrated investment platform called VERO and use of advanced communication technology such as a video conferencing and electronic signature functionality.

Our Client Care team, based at our Head Office, is here to provide ongoing support and assistance, helping to make managing your finances as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Working closely alongside your financial adviser, the team is available to assist with a wide range of day-to-day queries and administrative matters.

Client Care can help with:

  • Providing up-to-date valuations on policies and investments
  • Assisting with provider queries and liaising on your behalf
  • Helping with online account access and login support
  • Handling day-to-day enquiries and administrative requests
  • Supporting changes to personal details or policy information
  • Assisting with paperwork and documentation
