As part of National Apprenticeship Week Truly Independent are delighted to add another two apprentices to our ever-growing team.

Following on from the successful appointment of Chloe Fleming who joined as an apprentice in Summer 2020, we have now offered a role to two more young individuals as an Apprentice Business Administrator, with their roles commencing in March.

Truly Independent Director Katie Brinsden said: “The Apprenticeship scheme was fantastic for us last year and we were keen to be involved again this time round.

Working closely with Carlisle College, we are delighted to have selected two candidates to fill the roles for Apprentice Business Administrators.

2020 was a busy year of recruitment here at Truly with 20 new Independent Financial Advisers joining. It’s paramount we have a strong team at Head Office who are able to provide the support our IFAs require and another two Apprentices will be a great addition to the team.”

National Apprenticeship Week, now in its 14th year, takes place from 8-14 February and Carlisle College currently have over 600 apprentices working with 350 leading local employees, including Truly Independent.

Katie added: “Our new apprentices will mix on-the-job learning here in our Head Office with one day a week at college for additional education.

We’re delighted to be able to support them in this new role and are excited for them to join.”
